We never sell your information to anyone else, ever. We store and use information you provide to us to send you reminders, confirmations, updates and resources. The Information We Collect

We receive, collect and store any information you provide to us including transactions, forms and messages. In addition, in some cases we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; completed registrations; our emails you open; our links you click; time zone; webinar streaming; course enrollment and logins; course progress; and purchase history.


We use software tools via accounts such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to measure and collect session information, including how you find our website, page sessions and interaction, and device method.

How we Collect Information

When you complete a transaction with us we collect the personal information you provide us, such as your name, email address, and time zone.

We use software tools through Google AnalyticsFacebook PixelStealth Seminar and AWeber. The way they obtain information includes:

  • HTTP requests of the user
  • Browser/system information
  • First-party and third-party cookies
  • UTM Parameters on URLs
  • Event Tracking

Why We Collect Information

Overall, we collect this nature of information to offer the best service we can.

  • To provide, offer, and operate our services;
  • To provide our Users continual customer assistance and technical support;
  • To be able to contact our Visitors and Clients with general or personalized services and resources;
  • To compile aggregated statistical data and aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, that we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
  • To comply with laws and regulations.

How We Use and Disclose Personal Information

We would never sell your information. We do use your personal data with trusted entities to provide you the best service we can. Those situations are outlined below:

PerfectAlignment LLC (Pain Free Riding) : Our Employees. When you interact with one of our PerfectAlignment LLC (Pain Free Riding) employees they are given your information that is relevant in order to best deliver the service they are providing to you.

AWeber: Email Automation. When you subscribe to our emails AWeber uses information you provide when subscribing or registering for a webinar so we can personalize emails to you. AWeber uses cookies and UTM to track opened emails, clicked links, and visits to our website. We also create tags based on your activity and we use this gathered information to target our emails to Clients they will be more relevant to.

We work to be good to you and your inbox. We have inboxes too, and we hate the annoyance of worthless emails piling up. The emails we send are resources we truly believe will help you achieve a healthier and better riding body—links to interviews, webinars, articles, Facebook groups and free consultation calls. You can always unsubscribe at any time.

We contact you to send you reminders of appointments and events you have requested or registered for.

We may also contact you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account or services, to resolve a dispute, to collect any fees or monies owed, to poll your opinion through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company and services, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via any method of contact information you have provided us with.

Facebook Pixel: Advertisement Targeting. We use this service provided by Facebook to target our advertising to clients we feel our services are most relevant to. The pixel uses cookies to create data tracking of how many clicks and completed transactions occur, but activity is aggregate and not associated with an individual User. Google Analytics: Data Tracking. We use aggregate data to determine how we can improve our website experience and be more easily found by Users who could benefit from our services.

ScheduleOnce: Scheduling System. When you book a call with Anna Bergenstrahle we use a system called ScheduleOnce. Learn more about their privacy policy.

Stealth Seminar: Webinar Host. When you register for the webinar we request your email address for two reasons:

  1. To send you confirmation of your registration, notify you when your webinar is starting, provide you the link to view the webinar and send you a follow-up email giving a second chance at the free call offered in the webinar, providing you with some helpful resources, and lastly, offering for you to subscribe to our email list.
  2. It allows us to more accurately track the number of viewers of each webinar.

Stealth also uses tools to track when and how much of a webinar you watch so that we can tailor a more personal follow-up with you when you have or haven’t viewed the webinar. Stealth communicates with our Drip email system to place corresponding tags on each Client’s account.

Stripe: Payment Transactions. Security is essential to Stripe which is why they are the only ones we trust with your payment information. Audited by a PCI-certified auditor, Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. Learn more about Stripe and their privacy policy.

Wufoo: Forms and Surveys. We conduct these surveys as a way to better serve you and gain greater clarity with you during the limited time of our free breakthrough call. You can read more in the Wufoo Privacy Policy.

Out of courtesy for you we have listed the providers we use however, it is important to note that each of the services we employ have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information.

Your Rights and Choices

We honor that your information always belongs to you. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

We maintain your relevant information. Our Google Analytics retention is a period of 14 months. We keep your personal information for as long as we deem our services are still relevant to you, unless you unsubscribe or request otherwise such as termination of your account.

Privacy Policy Updates

Please review our privacy policy often, as we hold the right to modify our policy at any time in accordance with laws and regulations. Updates and clarifications take effect immediately upon their posting on our website. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
